The transformation
Room by room
The before photos were taken on site during demolition, so the angles rarely line up with the finished shots. We show you both anyway.

The kitchen and dining room were remodelled together rather than in sequence, which is why the flooring runs unbroken between them and the sightline from the sink reaches the far dining wall.
Down to the framing
The before photographs are the dining room stripped to studs. Working from that state is slower at the start, but it is the only way to correct framing and level a floor before new finishes go down on top.
