Waterproofing is the whole job

You will never see the most important work we do in your bathroom. Behind the tile is a waterproofing assembly that either works for thirty years or fails quietly for five and then presents itself as a stain on your dining room ceiling.

Small rooms, long lead times

The thing that most often delays a bathroom is not labor — it’s a single back-ordered fixture. A discontinued shower valve trim or a vanity with a 16-week lead time will stop a 5-week project cold.

So we do materials selection before demolition starts, not during. Everything gets ordered, delivered and inspected in our warehouse before we open a wall. It feels slow at the front end. It’s the reason our bathrooms finish on schedule.

Scope options

• Full gut, same footprint — down to studs, new waterproofing, same walls and plumbing stacks
